Thanks for posting this video! My APC XS800 was beeping and I found the battery needs replacing. I've never had the need to do this before, so I googled until I found this. Sadly, APC's website is not very helpful regarding battery replacements. Because of your clear instructions and great price on the battery, I placed an order with your company and I am confident that I can complete the battery replacement very easily. I'll be recommending your video and batteries to my clients who have UPS units.
